1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CreatorSociety website, memberships, content, and related services (the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Memberships and billing

Memberships are offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing you authorize us, through our payment processor, to charge the applicable fees to your payment method on each billing cycle until you cancel. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share paid content outside your account.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services.
• Use the Services to violate any law or infringe others' rights.

5. Intellectual property

All platform content, templates, and materials are owned by CreatorSociety or its licensors and are provided for your individual use under a limited, non-transferable license.

6. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific income, audience growth, or other results from use of the Services.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorSociety will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
