1. Subscriptions

CreatorSociety memberships are billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

2. Refunds

Because memberships grant immediate access to digital content and community, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. We may issue refunds at our discretion — for example, for a duplicate charge or a verified billing error.

3. How to request a refund

To request a refund or report a billing issue, contact us via our contact page within 14 days of the charge. Include the email on your account and the date of the charge.

4. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
